How we work:
Appointments arranged - Every customer has a maintenance schedule set up in advance. Two weeks before the service is due, the customer is contacted to arrange a convenient time for the engineer to call. The customer is contacted again the day before the appointment to ensure that the timing is still convenient. On the day when the service is due, the customer is called again to inform them of the exact time when the engineer will call.
Service carried out – Heelas Heating and Renewables carry out full service and safety checks on all gas and oil appliances, unvented hot water cylinders, gas fires, cookers, solar systems, underfloor heating. Anything that needs regular checking to ensure that it is safe and running to optimum efficiency.
No nasty surprises – Once the engineer has carried out all the necessary checks, the customer will be informed of any work that needs to be carried out, with a full schedule of timing and costs. What is more, while the engineer is on site, he will check the system as a whole, flagging up any potential problems, so that possible difficulties can be nipped in the bud.
Safety certificates – Our fully qualified engineers will issue the appropriate safety certificates in accordance with current regulations.
